Hey everyone, Groth here.
I live in El Salvador with my partner, our two kids, three cats and two dogs. Family is at the center of my life. Between them, my work and what we’re building with Systematic, I’ve got a lot to be excited about.
I run Blu Ocean Innovations, a marketing firm, and a crypto gaming company called Blu Ocean Games Guild. That’s where our raid team name BOGG comes from. Outside of work and gaming I’m interested in consciousness, archaeology and conversations that challenge how I see things.
My WoW history includes being part of the world-fourth BWL clear, being the first level 60 on a server and having completed the original High Warlord and Gladiator grinds. I love competition and the planning that goes into a strong team. The friendships built along the way are a big part of why I keep playing.
With Systematic my focus is our people, culture and communication. I want people to feel welcome, speak honestly and know they can count on each other.
Looking forward to getting to know everyone as we head into Forever together.
